Start with your work

How do I add income or a business?

Open Transactions and choose Add job. Set up your delivery work or cash-register business, then enter its records. Use Day, Week, Month or Year to review the period you need.

How do I enter a price?

Price fields use automatic cents: typing 1200 enters 12.00. Check the displayed value before saving.

Can I preview an item icon?

Long-press an icon in the item picker to see a larger preview. Use that icon, choose another, or select your own photo. The item list can also be arranged by holding and dragging.

Can I change the language or appearance?

Open More → Settings → App preferences. Choose English, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia, as well as your appearance, accent colour and currency settings.

Backups and changing phones

Does Export automatically back up to Google Drive?

No. In More → Settings → Backup & Restore, choose Export CSV backup to select a save location, or Share transfer backup to choose an app. Google Drive is a possible destination if it is available on your phone; KiraIncome does not automatically upload the CSV there.

How do I move records to a new phone?

Export a CSV backup on the old phone, transfer it to the new phone, then choose Import CSV backup there. Import replaces the current records after you confirm, so export those first if you want to keep them.

Will my own item photos transfer?

The CSV includes references to selected photos, not the photo files. Keep a separate copy of custom photos and select them again on the new phone if needed. Built-in item icons are included with the app.

Can you recover deleted records?

Antwills Creations does not hold a synced copy of your business records. Recovery depends on a backup you saved or your device's backup service. Exported files are not removed when you reset the app.

Dates, statistics and printing

How do I print a month or a year?

Open More → Settings → Reports & print. Choose Monthly or Yearly, select the period, then export the PDF. Open the saved PDF in a viewer and use its print or share option.

How do I return to the current date?

Open the date picker and select Today beside Cancel. For a monthly view, this returns you to the current month. When using a calendar date picker, tap the actual date to select it before pressing OK.

Why are the totals different from what I expected?

Check the selected date range, Income or Expenses view, and each job's records. Sales, expenses and deductions affect the result. Use the matching period in Stats and your report when comparing totals.

Planner and reminders

How do I set a reminder?

Choose a date in Planner, tap Mark and add your note. Enable its reminder, choose a future time and save. Allow Android notifications when prompted. Tap a reminder notification to return to its Planner date.

Why did a reminder arrive late or stay silent?

Check KiraIncome notifications in Android settings, the phone's sound or Do Not Disturb settings, and battery restrictions. Precise timing may require Android's Alarms & reminders permission. The app explains when a reminder may be delayed. A powered-off phone cannot show a notification at the scheduled time.

How do I cancel one?

Edit the plan and turn off its reminder, or delete the plan. You can also turn off KiraIncome notifications through Android settings.
